**What You Can Expect by Joining My Monthly Program** Each month, you'll have a 1:1 session with me, intuitively guided to meet your unique needs. These sessions last 30 minutes and are designed as a **maintenance program**, meaning they're best suited for you after we've already worked together through one of my full programs. As a subscriber, you'll receive a special discounted rate for these monthly sessions. If you find you need more than one session in a month, you can book an additional session at the same discounted price.
